The Royale Ballroom can accommodate up to 300 guests, and is perfect for medium-large corporate events. We also have four additional venues of varying sizes for meetings and workshops. Our outdoor venues by the pool and on the viewing deck and rooftop are extraordinary settings with incredible views.

Customized menus crafted by our international chefs add just the right creative culinary flourish to make your special occasion memorable.

ROYALE BALLROOM

The spacious and beautifully appointed Royale Ballroom is the main conference room. An area of 320 square metres comfortably accommodates large conferences of up to 300 persons.

The ballroom can be divided into two separate areas for smaller events, or large gatherings that require a separate space for business networking or other event-related activities. A large pre-function area and separate entrance into the hotel are two convenient features, making this the perfect venue for large and mid-sized events.

In addition, the Royale Ballroom is perfectly suited to automobile launch events, thanks to convenient vehicle access to the ballroom through the doors situated near the hotel entrance.

REGAL, REGENT AND PALATINE MEETING ROOMS

Purpose-built and designed for board meetings, the Palatine and Regal Meeting Rooms can accommodate up to 16 and 20 delegates respectively.

The beautifully designed Regent Meeting Room is easily accessible on the 4th floor. It features a three-metre high ceiling and is connected to Palatine Meeting Room via the common pre-function area. This intimate pre-function area can be used for setup, registration and coffee breaks.

Complete with all the pre-requisites for a successful meeting, the rooms are equipped with advanced audio-visual equipment, wireless connectivity and spacious balconies with spectacular views over Burj Lake, as well as an abundance of natural light.
